Christian Speaker for Women’s Conferences and Students Events
Bible teaching should be clear, compelling, and anything but boring—bringing God’s Word to life with depth, humor, and practical application. Emma Dotter specializes in Christian speaking for students, women’s conferences, Bible study events, discipleship training, and college ministry conferences, helping audiences know Scripture deeply and follow Jesus faithfully.
Christian Speaker for Women’s Conferences
Emma Dotter is a Bible teacher, speaker, and host of the weekly The Bible Recap Deep Dive, where she helps listeners engage Scripture with theological depth, practical application, and a deeper understanding of the biblical story. She is currently pursuing her Master of Theology at Dallas Theological Seminary, building on her undergraduate degree in English from Texas A&M University and her training through the The Watermark Institute. Emma serves as Director of Join The Journey and is a member of Watermark Community Church, where she helps create daily discipleship resources and equips believers to study God’s Word with greater confidence and consistency.
She has taught at youth camps, women’s conferences, church events, and international ministry trainings, with a passion for helping students and women grow in biblical literacy, spiritual maturity, and confidence in sharing their faith. Her teaching is marked by sound doctrine, clarity, and a conviction that deep Bible teaching should be both accessible and transformative. And if Emma were writing this herself, she’d probably be squirming a little—because at the end of the day, this isn’t about building her platform, but pointing people to what God can do in and through ordinary people who are surrendered to Him.
Youth Camp and D-Now Speaker
As a student ministry camp speaker and DNOW speaker, Emma Dotter is passionate about teaching students because youth camps, discipleship weekends, and church retreats played a pivotal role in shaping her own faith and calling.

Yes! Emma Dotter regularly teaches both students and adults. The messages always stay rooted in Scripture, but the stories, illustrations, and examples flex to fit the room—because middle schoolers and moms of four probably don’t need the exact same illustrations. At the same time, teaching theology to teenagers is one of Emma Dotter’s favorite things—because they’re asking the biggest questions, spotting weak answers fastest, and proving every week that deep truth isn’t just for grown-ups.

Emma’s theological foundation was shaped long before seminary. She was baptized at First Baptist Church Keller, TX at 8 years old but spent most of her childhood growing up in a non-denominational church in San Antonio, TX, where her love for Scripture first began to take root. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in English, she served on staff at Central Baptist Church in their College Ministry before completing The Watermark Institute. Since January 2020, Emma has served on full-time staff at Watermark Community Church, where she now leads Join The Journey, one of the church’s primary Bible teaching and discipleship ministries. She is also currently pursuing her Master of Theology at Dallas Theological Seminary. In other words: Emma’s theology has been shaped by the local church, sharpened through formal training, and tested in the everyday work of ministry—which means she’ll bring deep conviction, sound doctrine, and only the good kind of controversial: like whether pineapple belongs on pizza.
